As an artists you will have your personal page where you can create your profile that will be attached to your art.

You will only be allowed to upload 10 pieces of your work, we do this to avoid becoming a media dumping site, and we strive to publish real art.

 
All uploaded art will be judge on professionalism and quality before it will be published, PhoMus keeps the right to refuse any media. With this measurement we keep the site at the highest level.

Uploaded media will always be property of the artist; you can remove or replace your art at all times. PhoMus cannot claim any rights on the uploaded art and cannot claim royalties what so ever.

Publishing your work on PhoMus is free advertising. You can email to anybody direct from the site.

Selling your art is a very welcome recognition of your hard work. We, Phomus.com, work on commission on each sold piece of art based as long as your work is on the site. Once removed from the site your work can not be sold through and by PhoMus.

Your personal profile is automatically updated on each sale and what is payable to you. We only use Pay Pal for our financial transactions and therefore a Pay Pal account is required as a member.

As a viewer you have real quality media to look at and listen to. When you like the media you can buy it. To do so you have to become a member without any obligation. To be able to purchase any media you will need to have a Pay Pal account as we only accept Pay Pal for our financial transactions.

PhoMus is ideal for academic school projects as it is published to the public as well. You will have feedback on your work not only from schools but from viewers and listeners all over the world.
